Veeners

Here at Greenfield Family Dentistry, we are proud to offer veneers to our patients as a way to cover stains, chips, decays, or irregularities on your teeth.Veneers are a thin coat that a dental technician applies right over your teeth. In order to proceed with veneers, you need to have a model made of your teeth so that your veneers can be custom-made to fit your mouth. We also have to remove some enamel to make them permanent. Our dentist may recommend dental veneers if you would like to improve the appearance of your smile. Custom-made veneers can be used for just one tooth or for your entire smile. We may suggest veneers to:

  • Close large spaces and gaps between teeth
  • Whiten teeth that are severely stained or discolored
  • Improve the appearance of irregularly shaped teeth
  • Correct slightly crooked teeth
  • Restore teeth that are broken, chipped, worn, or fractured

It is important that you take good care of your veneers. We recommend staying away from food and drinks that may stain them. They can also crack or chip if you are not careful.

Tru Smile Liners

Tru Smile is a great choice for our patients who are searching for a more discreet orthodontic treatment option. Rather than using metal brackets and wires like traditional braces, the Tru Smile system uses a series of custom-made, computer-generated plastic aligners to straighten your smile. Each set of aligners is designed to make small changes to the alignment of the teeth. As you switch sets of aligners about every two weeks, your teeth will be gradually, gently guided to their proper positions. You will also visit our office on a regular basis during treatment to make certain that your smile is progressing as planned.

Crowns

Are your customers raving about you on social media? Share their great stories to help turn potential customers into loyal ones.

Here at Greenfield Family Dentistry, we are proud to offer porcelain crowns in Greenfield, Indiana. Getting a porcelain crown is the best way to maintain a very natural-looking smile while restoring your oral health. They are used when a simple filling is not enough to treat the tooth; there are times when the decay is so bad that Dr. Edward Garry just has to use a porcelain crown. We also use crowns on severely damaged teeth, or on teeth that have already had multiple fillings.
Porcelain crowns are attached right to your teeth so that they can function even when you bite something really hard! There are several types of porcelain crowns, so it is important to talk with your dentist to determine which type is best for you.
It is also very important to see a dentist who is skilled in treating patients with porcelain crowns, thus giving you the best chance at having a natural smile. Our dentist works hard to ensure that our patients have a smile of which they can be proud! We do this by custom-making your crown to resemble your natural tooth, and making it the same shade of white as your other teeth. No one will be able to tell that you had any dental work done!

Implants

Here at Greenfield Family Dentistry, we are proud to offer dental implants to our patients.
Our goal…to give our patients smiles of which they are proud. If you have missing teeth, you may need dental implants. We do not want you to suffer from a smile that embarrasses you.
Benefits of Dental ImplantsBesides appearance, dental implants are great for maintaining good dental health. Food, plaque, and bacteria will build up wherever there are missing teeth. This buildup can be extremely difficult to clean, which could cause you to end up developing cavities and other dental problems.
Dental implants have many other benefits too. It is easier to eat with them. Also, many people find that their speech is much better.
How Dental Implants WorkDental implants are used to replace your tooth’s roots. They act as roots (and a base) for permanent teeth that will be placed later. Without implants, your artificial teeth will be weak, and you may end up losing them.
When done correctly and cared for properly, dental implants can last for a lifetime. It is still important to brush your teeth, floss, and use mouthwash with implants. It is also important to maintain routine checkups with the dentist to ensure that your mouth remains healthy.
